stove suggestion for cooking in truck

You need to learn to cook with the engine heat while you are driving. Put your aluminium foil wrapped stuff or stainless steel container by the exhaust system, drive for a while perhaps an hour, pull over - pop the hood, retrieve your cooked/hot food.

I have a x military Coleman gasoline one burner I keep in my truck. Can be used to cook food, melt snow/ice, boil water or heat rocks.

You would be crazy to try and cook while driving.
