Survivalist hiking pants that work as they should?

I am thinking of very, very sturdy fabric at the top, knees, and around the ankles (snakebite protection). Highly breathable mesh fabric around the calves and femur. Deep sturdy pockets for carrying keys etc without worrying about loss.

Expensive? No doubt? Practical? Extremely. Comfortable during the summer? Yes!

Who would buy? People who spend a lot of time outdoors during the summer in snake country. People who engage in rigorous activity where knees can get banged up. People who need deep, sturdy pockets for basic survival essentials. People who take daily, or very frequent, hikes in rough country.

Does anybody know of such pants being available? I am not going to try to make and market such items without manufacturing and distribution contacts.
