Cape Town enters Mad Max territory

Wow. I did not know Cape Town was this close to running out of water. Definitely be a case study in urban survival if population panics. The prediction is April 2018 and no water except for perhaps hospitals. If this pans out as reported... what do you think urban survival may look like?
