Lee precision classic turret press

I own a Lee Classic Turret along with a Hornady Progressive and a RCBS single stage. Many people recommend starting with a single stage but honestly you can take out the "turret" feature and use it as a single stage press.

I prefer the turret over the progressive myself, I feel more comfortable reloading rifle rounds with it. With the turret press I can use it as a single stage for more precision loads, or if I just want to pump out some target loads I am familiar with I can use it as a standard turret press.

As for learning to reload, as someone stated above, get a couple books and also watch youtube tutorials to see the process in action. Make sure the youtube videos you are watching have good feedback.

Always remember, reloading is a lot like building something, you want to measure twice and cut once. Make sure you understand each stage of the process, and don't forget to measure and trim your rifle cases!
