what auto repair tools and parts do you keep on hand?

Well, going from memory,

Timing light, compression tester, dwell/tach, OBDII diagnostic reader that works with my cell phone, borescope, spark gap tester, 3/4 inch socket set and breaker bar, several 1/2 inch socket sets with breaker bars, a 4 ft cheater bar, and some really awesome old craftman ratchets I bought in the 70's, flex ratchets, wobble sockets, universal wobbles, crows feet, strap wrenches, chain wrenches, several pipe wrenches, inventory of hose clamps, filters, oils, many many 1/4 inch drive socket sets, a mechanics tool cart full of all the drivers, C clamps up to 12 inch big-uns, brake line bleeder kit, wrenches, hammers, air ratchet, battery powered ratchet, air impact, impact sockets, die grinder, 2 angle grinders, 2 good sized air compressor (one goes to higher pressure 150 psi, blow guns, inflators of course, tire valve kits, tire patch kits, gasket making kit, #2 Permatex, anti sieze for spark plugs, several gapper tools, feeler gauges, ignition wrenches, distributor wrench, chalk, Leak Lock, about 10 multi-meters , several 4 way tire wrenches, a capacitor meter, Power Probe, light probes, rolls of electrical wire, Rolls of galvanized hanger strapping, Muffler pipe expander, 3 jaw gear pullers in several sizes, steering wheel puller, super glue, electrical tape, SS mechanic's and aircraft wire rolls in several sizes, at least a dozen each needle nose, regular pliers, slip joint pliers, vice grip pliers, crescent wrenches, tap and die set, several tubing cutters, imp, and larger type, tubing flare tool, nicropress oval compression tool, ball joint splitters, trim removal tool set, parts retrieval tools, magnets, and inspection mirrors, large magnet on a pole to find stuff on the ground, liquid hand pump, gear oil pump, electric fuel pump transfer kits I made , mini-borescope, gasket scrapers, around 6 hack saws, several ball pean hammers, several 3 and 4 lb drilling hammers, scissors lift table,

Several pair of tin snips, left, center, right, and the big stupid ones. jump pack, jumper cables, several battery chargers in the 10-20 amp range, battery filler spout pitcher thing, several pop rivet guns, many many fasteners, cotter pins, roll pins, O rings, anvil, bench vices, impact driver kit that you hit with a hammer, I know I am forgetting a bunch of stuff, but I have some tools.

I don't have any welding stuff, or a metal lathe, or a forge, or a battery impact wrench.
Also would love a high speed harmonic tire balancer, because it is so hit and miss trying to get a tire shop to properly balance a tire.
