Full Bed Conditionng, or Spot Feeding, How do you Do It?

I have always tried to grow all organic manure/leaf/grass/stick compost, field cutting scrap and loam combo.

The nutrients I use are blood, kelp, rock phosphate, gypsum, green sand and if needed, fish emulsion for diagnosis. I dig holes, mix and plant. Getting up in age, it's starting to get the best of me, this spot hole conditioning process.

So do you use chems, turn in new compost every year, side dress, spot mix, foliar feed or other?
