Looking for a telescopic monocular of reasonable quality - min 15-20x

I'm looking for a telescopic monocular with relative high magnification, or a relatively compact spotting scope.

Reasonable quality, but still within $100-150+, possible?

Went on and bought a Focus Columbus 20x50 on impulse. But it turns out it's almost meant more of a toy/display thing than for use. And on top of that, it doesn't even magnify any better than my 10x binocular.. returning it for sure..
