Maybe I'm wrong but...
-Heart failure usually causes dyspnea. This girl seems to be talking fine. Not out of breath. Sounds like myocarditis actually
- If they're from Louisiana, why ain't they got a Southern accent? Same for the doctor on TV from that hospital.
I'm from Sierra Nevada foothills... I've been asked if I'm from the south. No, just listen to a lot of Hank III and David Allen Coe. Southern and country accents in general is unmistakeable.
-kawasaki syndrome as described in the link text; causes red tongue, diarrhea. Not nausea as the little girl says she had
I hate to discount a little girl's story, but something seems fishy
