- If they're from Louisiana, why ain't they got a Southern accent? Same for the doctor on TV from that hospital.

I'm from Sierra Nevada foothills... I've been asked if I'm from the south. No, just listen to a lot of Hank III and David Allen Coe. Southern and country accents in general is unmistakeable.
