Need a LOW COST Waterproof Scope That Doesn’t Suck

Years ago I bought a cheap ebay “Tactical” scope...... You know, the kind with the built in laser and all that crap....... It turned out to be an awesome scope that held a zero after lots of shooting and abuse...... But the next one I ordered (same model) was a total POS.

I am looking for a low cost scope that I can put on my new SU16 .223/5.56 that will hold a zero after lots of shooting, trunk travel, packing and hiking....... Something WATERPROOF that will give my a decent group at 200-300 yards (2-3 inches?).

Is there anything under or at least close to 100 bucks that can do all that?
