Question for the collective: glow in the dark paint

Gun buddy called, our conversations wander:

We know that after its applied to the front sight it still works 10 years later.

But does the liquid still work?
Gonna call the guy who bought it (no point in all of us buying. A bottle) and seeing if he still has/can find it, and see if it's still liquid, and if it still works if he puts it on something.

If he can find it.

How old?
Does it still work?
