Dutch Ovens

Who here uses the 3 legged dutch ovens regularly? I just got started cooking with them last weekend,I must say it is easyer then kitchen oven,so far I've cooked,goulash,stroganaff,peach cobbler,and a pork roast didnt use recipie (I never do LOL) just throw what sounds good in the mix..
I have always done 75% of my cooking outside over open fire or coals,I'm trying to figgure out why it took me so long to get a 3 legged Dutch Oven,if you havnt tried it you should!!!! the taste is awesome!!!!
