Hello everyone, due to my job I have access to several gallons of milk and several dozens of eggs every week. It's not fresh though, it's usually one or two days away from expiring according to the dates written on the jugs / cartons . What would you suggest I do in order to preserve these and turn them into a storeable food? I read you aren't supposed to dehydrate eggs unless they are fresh. Please give me some ideas. Thanks
