No. She'll be there. If you believe otherwise you aren't paying attention.

A. If McCain had lost some (even if a few) votes due to age and health concerns, then Hillary not showing up at all would lose far more and she can't afford that.

B. She wants people talking about her health. Because it detracts from her other issues, which ultimately revolve around "lying". divert from that and you fall into her trap.
