Home brew wine

Been doing it for years, mostly from shop bought kits but occasionally from wild bramble plum fruit.

Using a kit I can make a decent chardonnay for about a quid a litre, it would cost four times that in a shop here for an inferior product. Wild fruit even better for less money, but a lot more effort!
