Where Do You Want to Move - City, State?

I'm currently in the Pacific North Wet... er West. It is soon to become the monsoon season up here; and I'd like to try to avoid it if at all possible. And, I don't like the cold to be continuously below freezing; night time temps that don't go below 27F are fine with me.

I'd like to find someplace with the possibilities of San Diego, CA WITHOUT the current political bag of crap.
