Will this work? (Propane)

Hello, I am about to purchase a new Coleman Stove so I can cook without electricity, I remember somebody posted a link to a small propane canister that was made specifically to be refilled, I really don't have any experience with propane so I'm not sure if this "special" canister is even worth buying but I would like to know your guys' thoughts. I'll post the link to the canister and the link to the stove I am planning on buying below. I basically have two questions.

1. Do you think getting this special refillable propane canister is worth it?

2. Do you think this special canister will be compatible with the stove I want to buy?
