Feral Cat has Kittens in my 2nd Vehicle - Advice?

A year or so back, someone decided to break the back side glass on my Jeep. I've been wanting to go back to a soft-top, so it has not been a priority for me to fix.

Since I've primarily been driving a small speedy car that gets better then twice the mileage it has mostly just been sitting. Every few weeks I have taken the Jeep on short trips to get the temp up and charge the battery.

Today, I was going to do the same thing, but as I was about to open the door, I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye. Turning my attention to the movement I see a dark grey cat in the passenger side floorboard area; and I think I see movement around it. Yes, looks like kittens.

As I get my head closer to the glass to see in better the cat sits way up and starts hissing at me. I taunt it a little bit and it springs around on the inside of the Jeep and ends up jumping out the broken window. The cat runs about 20 feet away and sits down watching me.

A little closer look seems to indicate four hand size kittens whose eyes are almost all the way open.

Animal control is not open today.
