Hard liquor

Cap it well, keep it in dark, cool cabinet, and it is good for Years, if hard liquor. Only good for a Year, if a Liqueur/Cordial/Apertif.

If your bottle of hard liquor is approaching 20% full, drink or pour it out, as it begins to go "off" with each opening/pour at that or lower level.

OK to cook with, as alcohol goes away in oven. NOT good for flaming dishes/show with bottle long stored at or below 20% level, if lower Proof.
