How should your magazines be oriented?

Hey folks, I was wondering if you could help me out.

What way should your magazines face in your tac-vest or plate carrier if you are right handed?

Should they be upside down facing left? Upright facing right? Other option? This is something I didn't consider until I was on an ERU team. What is your preference? Why?
