I know there is the library but I have serious issues uploading/downloading to it. So I thought I would post some of the references I use that anyone can access. These are free/low cost.
If you have something to add please post a link to it.
1. Emergency Management magazine. This is a free magazine that discusses current emergency management trends, discussions and such. It gives me some insight on how/what the professional emergency management world is looking at. http://ift.tt/2eO7Adr
2. Public library, goes with out saying.
3. Reenactor groups (SCA, civil war, revolutionary war, etc..). Some of these groups have a nominal membership fee and some folks spend way too much $$ on this hobby BUT you can gain access to all kinds of knowledge in exchange for some sweat/trade. Blacksmiths, gunsmiths, fabric weaving, primitive sewing, etc... Lots of skill sets that are hard to gain access too.
Please feel free to add. I'll post more later.
