Small link breakfast sausages, if you cut them exactly as long as they are in diameter, they plump up into perfect round bite sized meatballs when you pan fry them. (Works on hotdogs too for beanie weenies if you need to feed a bunch of kids.) Cut the sausages into bites, toss them into a good sized pan and fry til brown. Fine dice a green/red bell pepper, an onion, a can or two of mushrooms and toss them into the sausages. The veggies will water quickly. Just soften them really good and then drain it all well. Toss a can of Chef Boyardee pizza sauce into it. Pizza sauce. Let it all bubble and heat and smell really good and thicken a tad and then pour it over a full pound box of cooked Barilla spaghetti. Top it on the plate with a handful of good taco blend shredded cheese.

One can of Chef Boyardee pizza sauce
One green or red bell pepper (diced)
One onion (diced)
One or two cans of mushrooms (stems and pieces, diced)
18-20 link-type breakfast sausages (cut into bites)
Taco cheese blend shredded cheese
