What can i do if North Korea's SPG shells droped at my city

Hello, I'm just ordinary citizen of ilsan(sub-urb of seoul)

In korea, I'm very very fine.
Just ordinary days.

Korean citizens don't think north korea's threat is serious.

Because, Democretic people's republic of korea have done that since 1955, we are accustomed to it, and we know it isn't "Democretic". We know their reality.

But.. I'm not so serious.. But,

If the north korea's shell hit my high-rise apartment(12 floors).

... Do you think North Korea's SPG shell can penetrate apartment's external concrete wall?

The wall is concrete, and 30cm(=about 1 feet) thick.

The shell is...

North Korea's 170mm Gock-san Self Propelled Gun.

But It's Warhead's power is same as normal 105mm HE shell, because they decreases gunpowder. (For extending coverage.)

If that shell hits my room's external wall...

Can it penetrete the wall and damage my body?

There is a emergency evacuation room at the basement, but it doesn't have NBC defensives.
So, This is impossible : If shell drops, just run to the basement. Because, if chamical shell drops, and gases are going down to the basement, and DIE.

Other solution... is Bug-out,

BUT BUG-OUT IS IMPOSSIBLE IN KOREA.

Korea's reality is so different from USA.

BECAUSE, SOUTH KOREA IS SO SMALL.

In USA, if New york is damaged, and you bug out to the L.A, you can survive.

In Korea, if Seoul is damaged, and you bug out to the Busan, you die. Because Busan also damaged.
(Seoul= the northest city. Busan= the southest city.
Seoul to Busan = ONLY 280 km (1.6km=1mile)

This is not so serious, but I think somebody can anwser my little question.
