Whichever cheaper.
This last winter I canned it, but it's hot out and I try not to can when it won't also be welcome heat (I have an outside kitchen for when I can peaches and tomato sauce soon) they were cheap, so I bought ~60, (pretty sure they mislabled them, large limes for small lime prices.)I squeezed them and froze the juce in ice cube trays.
12-14 should do a gal.
Bad year for fruit in this area, so I'm putting up what I can.
