This is really going to infuriate some of you, so don't go and get yourself banned by the mods. I just want to know why it's not mainstream media in the U.S., but it is everywhere else. I keep picturing my kid in that chair being tortured... and yes, this was pure torture. Regardless of the kids history, nobody deserves to be tased over and over and over again. I saw no reason for it in the video. He was strapped down to a chair...
