Bad cukes??
I bought about 30 pickling cucumbers from the farmers market Friday. I haven't been able to do anything with them until Tuesday. They've been in the fridge in two grocery bags, and they're all covered with slime! I can rinse away the slime and they seem okay, but are they?? I want to make pickles and not waste money/food, but I moreso don't want to poison my family! Any wise words would be appreciated.
