Cloning Win XP laptop to laptop - Help?

I'm never going to leave XP, so please don't tell me Linux or whatever. Been down that road, barely got out alive.

Got one Dell D630 with a dying drive. Got two C630s that are good. Got a WinXP install disk, but s'welp me I can't find the jacket with the code number, so can't install XP to a formatted but empty drive. Only way to get the O/S onto a new drive will be to clone.

I'll buy the new drive, USB adapter and cable. BUT - I'll need software, and so far can't ID one that assures me that it will run under XP. Help sites seem oriented to gamers using Win 7 and above. Can anyone recommend a software?
