Anyone have experience storing food on a boat?

So we're a commercial fishing family and live/work on our 48' troller in Alaska all summer. But food storage is a big pain. I'd like to have a lot more food stored but space is at a premium and our cabinets are very small/oddly shaped. I'd love to talk to someone who has some experience with this and could recommend storage containers, methods etc. Anyone?
