Seems the movement is growing. 13 states have signed on. Others may be right behind. I have my own concerns. Keep hearing about rules, guidelines, accountability. I have searched over and over and only find written 'opinions' of the above but nothing in stone. I personally think in today's volatile political climate all bets are off. And who would those delegates be from each state? Thoughts?
