Can't they just pass the drugs and money back and forth through the slats?

To increase the rate of drugs through the slats, I can see someone devising a drug blower for the Mexican side and a screening bagging unit on the American side. Plus if the slats are steel, a plasma torch will cut through them like butter, almost as fast as a person can wave their arm.

I want 2 fences 100 feet apart, concertina wire, and landmines in the middle. This would still be cheaper than a stupid slatted wall, and my barrier will work.
