Is there anyone who is not doubting Biden's mental health?

I am sure 20 years ago Biden may have been a front runner to the presidency, but not today. The accusations of sexual misconduct, which a lot of us have seen in pictures and video.

Then there is the issue with his mental health. Not as in depression, but age related memory loss. There have multiple recent lapses where he misspoke about various issues.

Let's be honest, if Biden can not even answer questions during an interview, how is he suppose to debate Trump?
