Need help with flashlights

I need a few flashlights for work. I was using the mini maglight led 2 cell AA battery. I was ready to buy more till a coworker dropped it from two feet and now it wont work.

I need a flashlight to carry all the time around the same size, doesnt have to fit in the pocket holster is fine.

Then i was going to get a 3 D cell led one for the truck. Later on ill get a battery powered spotlight.

I wanted to like maglite but if they break everytime they fall they will not work for me.
