Ask your local representative/senator why dead folks are allowed to vote.

Ask them the questions below.

?
(Proposed) Election Integrity Act of 2017 for Voting in elections wherein Congressional, Senate or Presidential ballots are cast.

Background: It is a known fact that dead folks vote in every election.

Question: Why is this allowed?

FACTS:

SSN is required when you get a drivers license.

SSN is required when you buy a gun.

SSN is required when you apply for Social Security benefits.

SSN is required when you sign up for Medicare.

SSN is required when you go to a hospital.

SSN is required when you purchase property.

SSN is required when you pay your taxes. You can bet when your taxes hit IRS office first thing they do is enter your name and SSN and they had better cross reference.

SSN is required when you enter school.

SSN is required by your doctor.

SSN is required when you get a security clearance.

SSN is required when you apply for a government job.

SSN is required when you get insurance.

SSN is required when you open bank account.

SSN is required by funeral homes to they can notify Social Security and they stop your checks immediately and they are required to get this info from family immediately before they are buried/cremated.

They can tell immediately by your number when the number was issued and your date of birth and where it was obtained.

A SSN website should be set up to identify all SSNs issued to people born before 1917 or 1927 (and adjusted yearly) so when such number is referenced it can be identified immediately as being (1) Suspect, (2) bogus and reported to law enforcement immediately. CIP, voter registers to vote and they put down a number issued in 1967 and they are obviously 22 years of age. Or they put down a number that was just issued in last 16 years.

The SSN website should report the SSNs of all those persons reported as deceased by funeral homes so a County Election Official can determine if a SSN on their rolls is suspect and flag the computer print outs of those asking for absentee ballots. If a suspect number is entered the ballot should not be issued until it has been investigated. If fraudulent info found, it should be reported to: 1, state election commission, 2 flagged on county computer system as being bogus. 3. flagged to not issue a ballot to that SSN.

County election officials should be required to submit written sworn affidavits that their voter rolls do not contain fraudulent SSN numbers and submit a master list of SSN numbers that are qualified to vote listing SSN, Precinct/Box.

Absentee ballots coming in with dead folks SSNs should be frozen until the voter comes in or submits a picture ID, birth certificate etc.

When absentee ballots are requested prior to an election the SSN must be listed. The election commissioner for county should certify they have checked the SSN master list of all voters in their jurisdiction to the state election commissions of their state.

I am told a program could be written where when a SSN is entered, the death numbers maintained by Social Security could be automatically checked and tracked and identify it as bogus or confirmed.
