We already have a dug well, and a running creek on the land. I inherited my family property, and it has all the bones needed -- barn, root cellar, etc. (house burnt down 60 years ago before I was born, but I used to live on the property off-grid when I was a kid) There is electric roadside, and city utilities. I just need to know costs on having the house equipped. Was mainly wondering the going rate on what it takes to hire an electrician to wire the house and to have a person install the plumbing for a kitchen sink, the water heater, and the toilet. I plan to add a compost toilet on the property as well. (the property used to have an outhouse)
