So I hear this guy going on yesterday about how these folks pushing for $15 an hour wage are in fact pushing the development of robots to a staggering pace. So that got me to thinking, yes they are fueling their own replacements but could this be the cause of AI to get a good foothold? If there was not this wage push, maybe the rate of invention could be slower. Now, every where you looks, seems someone is talking about increased automated footprint in the workforce. Thoughts?
