SOG Knives – how is their warranty service?

I got a Twitch II from wally world for like $25 – the package was open so we took a chance. It doesn’t quite lock when flicked open. Looked at the SOG Warrenty and on paper er on interwebnet electrons it looks easy peazy to get it fixed.
