New twist on deviled eggs

Pickled deviled eggs, nuff said

Pickle eggs in beet juice and vinegar that has some brown sugar dissolved in it over heat. Add pickling spice, onion and beets and let sit for a few days or a week.

Then use your favorite deviled egg recipie, mayo, yellow mustard and either sweet or dill relish, salt and a bit of pepper.

They give regular deviled eggs a really good kick.
