yeah, chinese have been using this tech for a while, setting up a gantry that can move itself on wheels, and programming the distance traveled per rotating, linking the motors up to a controller to guide them on the ground, its not that hard

honestly though.. with that many people present, i dont think itd have taken much longer for them to build the concrete walls out of cinder blocks and cement mortar, or some pre-made concrete forms you could connect together, and then simply fill up with concrete
