Question and Opinion needed for expedition setup

First of all, I'm part of an outfit that provide logistic support and data acquisition service to field survey team, SAR, and disaster relief, etc. And I'm currently making generic logistical plans for expedition setup. I'm aware that every excursion needs a more specialist setup, however the type of equipments needed are always the same, which is why I'm making generic planning that could be easily add or reduce accordingly.

The expected numbers of personnel are between 4 - 16 persons while the duration ranging from 4 days to 20 days.
The operating environment ranging from urban environment, small island without fresh water spring, tropical savannah, to mountainous jungle.

Here are some equipments that we are currently intend to acquire ;

Power Generator : Yamaha EF2000is (anyone has experience using this particular generator..? )
Cooking : Butane stove and small amount of hexamine tablets as backup.
Drones : DJI Mavic Air (to do quick check of what ahead and fly between the tree) and DJI Matrice 210 (for overhead coverage)
Communication : Ku-Band satellite transceiver (currently still looking for the best value for money).
Computing : at least 3 laptop

Question about radio. We need multi-band (MURS, CB, Marine VHF, Airband VHF) hand held radio. Although radio communication isn't my purview the overall logistical is still within my purview, and with that in mind I prefer to simplified our logistical requirement (commonality & interoperability). My intention is to use only 2 units of multi-band handheld radio and the rest of the personnel use MURS for inter team communication. What are the available option for the multi-band radio and for MURS radio? I could use any opinion ranging from the cheapest to the best value for money.

Question about water. Since there is possibility we might end up in a place where fresh water isn't available (only sea water or sulfuric / volcanic water) we also need portable RO system. What are the available option for portable RO? it doesn't matter if it's need some power to operate because we do carry generator around.
