Astatic D104/T-UG8 question

I just got a new desk mic, and cannot find what I am looking for. I will keep searching, but will post this as well. I have a D-104 on a T-UG8 with a 4 plug wire coming out. I need to wire this to a 4 pin for my Icom. I got a pin out on the icom IC701.
