True, but it will also follow those two men for the rest of their life. Both were expelled from college, one lost his football scholarship and now he has $30,000 debt to boot that he has to pay. Their arrest records will also show up when potential employers are considering hiring them. This will likely stunt the income potential and employment opportunities for these men for their entire careers.
