Coinstar machine reject tray, Jackpot!

A guy robbed our stockroom years ago. We had a huge jar with $1000 in quarters in it. They took half. Probably couldn't carry any more, coins are heavy.

We knew who did it. I was bitching about the theft in front of the thief, didn't mention anything except we got robbed.

"What are you complaining about?" the guy yelled "They only took half!" We had NOT told him that. I asked him how he knew that and he walked off.

He had a pimped out car, it was his pride and joy. He loved that car and spent thousands fixing it up. A couple weeks later he came into work, furious. His car had an electrical fire on the freeway and burned up. He barely got out.

He was complaining about it to me and I said "Now you know how I felt when I got robbed". He never robbed us again (sadly, that was not the first time).

People get STUPID when they see a lot of coins. It takes 20 nickels to make a dollar. Fill a jar with a measly hundred dollars' worth of nickels and it looks like something special. We have to wait outside on our ride. When we have a jar of change to go to the bank, we hide it so we don't get robbed.

Let's block ads! (Why?)
