This is the new liberal court system. Judges don't care, they WANT criminals to run and not come back into their courtroom, and become someone else's problem; it means they can sign some forms and not deal with the actual problem, while simultaneously causing more problems that need a judge, thus requiring us to keep them in their job....that they won't do.
Just like career politicians, but without as much voting.
