Not New but with New Location

I still live in East TX and have a network of prepper contacts here, but I bought a house and more land in NW OK and would like to try to establish a few contacts there if possible.
Is there anyone in the Alfalfa, Garfield, Grant, Major or Woods counties or even southwest KS here?
