Onufry, as well as the Moscow Patriarchate itself, are the fifth column of Russian government in Ukraine. When the war began in Ukraine, the priests of the Moscow Patriarchate transported weapons, hid Russian mercenaries in their churches, blessed local Russians to fight against Ukraine and so on.
Unfortunately, everything that the hierarchs of the Moscow Patriarchate do in Ukraine and abroad is done to the benefit of Russia, and not the country in which they live.
A large number of priests and churches who disagree with such activities of the Moscow Patriarchate, transferred to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
