This might be a bit controversial and maybe more suited to some threads in the Manmade Disasters section but I just have to post this link about the "garden" that the CHAZ folks in Seattle are starting. The comments are priceless. Well, there was one sign in the streets that said "Seize land! Grow food!" so I guess this is the result.

It looks like someone just dumped a load of soil on top of some cardboard. Yep, that should feed the "new country".
