Tramadol again

My pain levels are way up again and haven't come down since knee surgery a few months back. Not just my knee but joints and where tendons attach to bone. Probably developing psoriatic arthritis, which four immediate family members have.

So I'm back on Tramadol. Helps a bit, I guess.

I'd like something a little stronger but I guess that's not going to happen.
