WHAT and WHERE is the fairness in that???

WHAT HAS always amazed me..
When a DOCTOR does something questionable... it is reviewed by a board of other doctors who decide on whether the action was correct or not.

IF a lawyer screws up there is a board of lawyers who review what happened and pronounce judgement on what went wrong.

If a building falls down, a board of construction people and engineers go over the blueprints and details of construction...

BUT..
a LOT of department are subject to CRBs.
If a COP screws up.. it goes to a "CIVILIAN REVIEW BOARD" where the butcher the baker the candlestick maker, the junk yard owner, the plumber and the hotel manager all decide whether or not the cop did something within the guidelines or not in the performance of his duty... while having absolutely no as in ZERO experience in doing what that cop had to do or even the remotest clue as to what was happening at that time.

IS that REALLY fair????
If you are engaged in any job/position/occupation/trade would you think it fair that someone who has ZERO knowledge of what you do deciding if you are right or wrong?

Let's block ads! (Why?)
