What are factory AR's going for around you these days?

I was just perusing my local shops web page and it looks like the days of "cheap" AR's is no more.

His prices are usually the best in the area, and that's with "out the door" pricing.

Heres some of what they are going for here now.....

Four different S&W M&P15's with different furniture...$700

Rock River LAR15.....$1060

Springfield Saint.....$850

Windham Weaponry WW15....$845

DPMS Recon II in 308......$1195

IWI Zion................$850

From what Ive been seeing, the prices just keep going up and the guns arent sitting, as his page is constantly turning over.

Talked to a buddy yesterday who was putting together a couple of kits he'd just got from PSA, and he said their prices are still about the same. He says they still have some pretty good deals on all sorts of stuff. I really havent been paying attention, not that Im really looking to hard for that sort of stuff of late.

Hes been cleaning up selling off some old stockpile ammo that we bought back in the 90's for dirt cheap (7.62x51 $150/1000). Hes been getting a little over a buck a round for it and people are buying it right up and not bitching in the least.

Yonder comes the revolution!
