LR-308 GenI, GenII, and GenIII Mags

I hate that this has to be posted in the military weapons section. AR-15's, and LR-308's are not military weapons any more than a Remington 700 is. Sure, the Military probably owns some but they're civilian weapons.

Anyway, before I hijack my own thread on the first post, here's my question.

I just ordered a DPMS Oracle in .308 for a hunting rifle. I tried to find some magazines for it but it's gotten a bit confusing. It seems that DPMS sells .308 mags that are GenI/GenII. On another site (I don't remember now which one; I've surfed a lot of them) there wasanother product that is GenIII but I can't find anything on DPMS' site that explains the difference or which I might need.

Is there anyone familiar with these and can explain the difference?
