Gas station and various cars and businesses burning, wanton destruction of everything the rioters could manage to do damage to, reporters were attacked, cops got their windows smashed out and attacked as they went to peacefully leave the initial protest, shots fired at the cops and firefighters, etc.
Apparently started because cops earlier today shot a guy being pursued on foot in the area of a string of murders who was armed with a stolen handgun and may have turned on his pursuer. Still waiting for the details, but the case absolutely didn't justify the sudden out of nowhere rioting.
